Brief introduction to the meeting
The fourth Chinese Conference on Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision (PRCV2021) will be held in Guangdong Zhuhai Ocean Spring Grand Metropark Hotel, from December 19 to 21, 2021. PRCV2021 is jointly hosted by China Image Graphics Society (CSIG), China Artificial Intelligence Society (CAAI), China Computer Society (CCF) and China Automation Society (CAA); jointly organized by University Of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT), and co-organized by Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) and Tsinghua University (THU). It is the premier academic event in the field of pattern recognition and computer vision in China.
This session mainly brings together the vast number of researchers and industrial colleagues engaged in the research of pattern recognition and computer vision theories and applications at home and abroad to share the latest theoretical and technical achievements, so as to provide you with a wonderful academic feast. We are now open to solicit high-quality, original and excellent academic papers in English. Papers accepted by the conference will be presented at the meeting, and the conference proceedings will be published by Springer press and be retrieved by EI and ISTP. Excellent papers will be recommended to special issues of high quality journals at home and abroad, such as IEEE/CAA Journal of Automation Sinica, Frontiers of Computer Science and Pattern Recognition Letters.
At the same time, PRCV 2021 has invited several well-known international pattern recognition and computer vision experts, including Professor Song-Chun Zhu, Dean of Beijing Institute for General Artificial Intelligence, Professor Bo Xu, President of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), Professor Jingyi Yu, Executive Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University, Professor Lei Zhang from Dept. of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Professor Yoichi Sato from the University of Tokyo, to give keynote speeches at the conference.
