- Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered with the conference and be paid before August 10, 2021. Papers that are not registered will not be included in the conference proceedings.
- Full-time students are exclusive of postdoctoral fellows. The student must provide a copy of the student identity card when registering, otherwise the regular registration fee must be paid;
- On-site Registration : October 29, 2021; Registration place: Beijing International Convention Center, Beichen East Road 8, Chaoyang, Beijing, China;
- Transportation and accommodation fees will be paid by yourself.
